
I am Iasmin Mambet.
I am Iasmin Mambet, a student at Creative Media and Game Technologies at Hanze University of Applied Sciences and I specialize in team management using Scrum methodology where my main roles are Product Owner or Scrum Master. Also, I specialize in game mechanics, level design and have interest in UX design. I do commissioned illustrations and paint landscapes in my free time as a hobby. My passion for games started from an early age and made me curious how games are made, so at university, I worked on various projects with tight deadlines in teams to improve my skills and knowledge. My experience made me enjoy collaborating with people and organizing distinct aspects of a project as well as planning ahead the important features of it to achieve great results.
I work with varied management tools and methods for each team to improve workflow and help my teammates adapt quickly. Whenever there are issues in the project I underline them and encourage my team to solve them together. I am opened to try new things and broaden my skills and knowledge in different domains of work to adjust and improve the product backlog and vision the final product. I am always interested to work with people and delivering amazing results.
