
I managed a team of 6 people to create a VR game based on a future scenario of the world which simulates the life of a Robot Wellness Assistant dealing with challenges about morality at work. The game was a group project focused on a future scenario based 30 years in the future.
My contribution to the project as Product Owner was to manage the product backlog, sprint planning and improved relations between art and programming departments as there were some misunderstandings and cooperation issues. I motivated and encourage my teammates to adjust with project requirements such as art bible, asset list, GDD and Scrum methodology as most of them didn’t have experience with them. I initiated urgent meetings and defined weekly milestones for the short deadline of the project.
I was the Lead Game Designer responsible for establishing game mechanics fit for the VR properties, contribution to GDD, communicated with programming department about how the the main mechanics will interact and offered directions to Level designer.
I gave assistance to the Lead Artist about their tasks and contributed to the asset list, art bible and created 3D models. Also, I coded an item interaction with particle system and button behavior.
